Qualifications and Skills:
- The ability to enthusiastically lead, manage, and train an energetic staff of 40 or more team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure, creating a positive working environment
- Flexible schedule – Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Supervise food prep and cooking, food temperatures, plating, etc.
- Schedule kitchen staff shifts
- Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
- Store food products in compliance with safety practices
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
