Qualifications and Skills:

  • The ability to enthusiastically lead, manage, and train an energetic staff of 40 or more team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure, creating a positive working environment
  • Flexible schedule – Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
  • Supervise food prep and cooking, food temperatures, plating, etc.
  • Schedule kitchen staff shifts
  • Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
  • Store food products in compliance with safety practices
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
