Say Mercy! is expanding its strong kitchen team and we are looking for a person with strong culinary skills and techniques to join the squad. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who loves to cook, enjoys learning, and wants to work in a positive kitchen.
Say Mercy’s menu is focused on classic Italian Cuisine through the lens of American BBQ and the South, using premium imported ingredients from both regions as well as the best produce BC has to offer.
