Résidence Cité Rive is a complex of 5 residential towers located between Montreal North and Rivière de Prairies. We are currently looking for a Chef.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management

In collaboration with the manager, plan your service budget and manage it in the most optimal way possible
Perform staff assessment
Plan, manage and monitor operations in the kitchen
Provide a high level of customer service

Food Services

Assemble plates of food
Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food
Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the workspace
Plan and cook meals in accordance with the appropriate methods and standards
Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect
