Job duties:
- Plan and cook wide variety of food items for restaurant, events and special guests
- Direct the kitchen staff with menu planning, food handling practices and preparation
- Create and implement systems to improve organization and efficiency
- Check quality of all food prepared by temperature, portions and presentation technique
Education: High School and any additional Food and Beverage related qualifications\
Experience: 3-4 years of experience is required
