We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team in Naples, FL. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our kitchen, working under the guidance of our Executive Chef. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the creation of our food menus, crafting high-quality dishes that are both visually appealing and delicious, and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and upholds our high standards. You’ll need to handle challenges resourcefully, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and work positively with colleagues and customers.
The ideal candidate should have proven sushi chef experience, knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures. You should be able to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $60,000 to $75,000 per year, along with benefits including a 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off. We’re looking for someone with at least a year of culinary experience, who is available for various shifts including day, evening, night, and weekends. This job requires working every weekend, with additional weekdays and weekends as needed.
