We are currently recruiting for a Manager at Next sites across Yorkshire from South Elmsall to Bradford.
Location: Yorkshire Area
Rate of pay: £33,000 per annum + amazing benefits!
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 however prominently a Monday to Friday role
Key responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for the unit in all aspects of operation when covering the unit during managers holidays /absence
- To provide the provision of quality seasonal food in a contemporary style in line with the G&G/ CH&Co brand whilst maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety. Responsible for the full management of the kitchen, the kitchen team and the Front of House staff. Delivers all budgetary targets and provides high standards of customer service. To coach and train the unit team set out by the company and relevant contract briefings/ training. To work as required by the business.
- To develop managers and chef’s within the Next contract across 11 sites
- Menu planning and BOH systems support
