Full Job Description
As a Jr. Sous Chef, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. You are responsible for your team’s delivery of a seamless and orchestrated performance of Iconic Hospitality and lead through genuine warmth and care. In this role, you will manage labour budgets, maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality product. As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning, growth, and development.
Requirements
1-3+ years leadership experience (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to meet you.)
Proven ability to make decisions and empower others. You are a natural leader.
