You must have a minimum of 2 years experience with Chinese cuisine.
Job Responsibilities:
- Helps set up the whole kitchen prior to opening
- Tests and Executes pre-designed recipes
- Prepares a large portion of food
- Cuts, marinates and precooks foods
- Assembles dishes and provides garnishment
- Maintains sanitary conditions and organization in the kitchen
- Take orders and inventory check
- Assists kitchen manager for other tasks
Job Requirements:
- Must speak Chinese
- Familiar with Chinese Cuisine
- Has knowledge of standard cooking techniques
- Flexible schedule
- Hardworking, professional dedication, strong interpersonal communication skills, and strong teamwork spirit.
