Requirements:As the Line Cook…

In this role, the Line Cook I will work with our friendly Food and Beverage Team members to create culinary masterpieces for our guests to enjoy. The line cook position requires availability for morning and afternoon service.

• Plan, prep, set-up and provide quality food production for our outlets, including our Club Level Suites and Pool Bar.
• Providing guests with outstanding service, including special requests
• Work with a team of line cooks to Make Things Better for guests
• Work with Food and Beverage Manager on planning of events

• A minimum of one-year culinary experience
• Have the ability to plan and prepare meals consistent with regulatory requirements
• Knowledge and practical experience in meal planning and preparation
• The ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds
