Salary £30,000 – £35,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

We are looking for a dedicated and engaging Kitchen Manager to join the team at Revolucion de Cuba Leeds, who is skilled in maintaining standards and building a fantastic team around them, to help deliver exceptional results. As Kitchen Manager, you will manage every aspect of your kitchen’s operation, and motivate those around you to get the best out of your team! Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a Kitchen Manager role, as you’ll need to work with the management, front of house, and sales teams to ensure you’re able to deliver a fantastic guest experience!
