The Package:

• New Product Development Chef
• Up to £40,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 40 hours a week (Hours of work are flexible)
• Free parking on-site
• Career progression to full NPD Qualifications

The Role:

• New Product Development Chef
• Quality chef who wants to get into NPD (Monday – Friday)
• Work with clients to match their brief and create a bespoke recipe for them.
• Work with B2B Clients and food service clients.
• A Monday – Friday business, daytime hours only
• Produce innovative food products – that can be mass-produced without any loss of quality or taste, which reflect our customer’s trends and requirements.

The Requirements:

• A strong Sous Chef from a good solid kitchen background or a proven NPD who loves to innovate.
• Michelin or rosette experience – Desired
• Someone with a classical food background – Desired
• NPD who wants to learn and has good listening skills.
• A genuine love for food
