The Package:
- New Product Development Chef
- Up to £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
- 40 hours a week (Hours of work are flexible)
- Free parking on-site
- Career progression to full NPD Qualifications
The Role:
- New Product Development Chef
- Quality chef who wants to get into NPD (Monday – Friday)
- Work with clients to match their brief and create a bespoke recipe for them.
- Work with B2B Clients and food service clients.
- A Monday – Friday business, daytime hours only
- Produce innovative food products – that can be mass-produced without any loss of quality or taste, which reflect our customer’s trends and requirements.
The Requirements:
- A strong Sous Chef from a good solid kitchen background or a proven NPD who loves to innovate.
- Michelin or rosette experience – Desired
- Someone with a classical food background – Desired
- NPD who wants to learn and has good listening skills.
- A genuine love for food
