You Will

  • Carry out the production of all dishes
  • Check and prepare the required mise

  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of food
  • Preparing ingredient for a more senior Chef (500
  • 700 guests per meals)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to food safety and health standards as well as company standards
  • Always follow standard recipes to aid with food cost and consistency of the product
  • Make sure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to the Chef in charge at that time

You will join the Cooking team

By working with the Club Med Cooking team, you’ll provide services that combine quality, freshness and volume, with:

  • An average of more than 3,000 meals served daily
  • Recipes for over 1,000 international dishes (world cuisine, local specialities and bistro food)
  • A wide customer offering and diverse scope of work: buffet, plate service, show cooking, gourmet snacks, event catering, etc.
  • A partnership with the Paul Bocuse Institute going back more than 15 years
  • Guidance in your development from the Institut du Goût by Club Med.
