Demi Chef
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic and passionate about cooking and already has proven experience of working busy services in fast paced kitchen.
We pride ourselves on developing talent in our kitchens so in return for your skills and drive, we can offer you training and the chance to grow within the team and learn from our existing talented brigade.
We have a variety of restaurants at The Grove, giving you plenty of scope to move around and grow your experience in different kitchens across the resort. From à la Carte in The Stables to Sushi in the Lounges, BBQ’s and Italian cuisine in the beautiful Walled Garden and a celebration of international cuisines and live cooking stations in The Glasshouse, at the heart of the hotel.
The role is full time, 48 hours per week, working a variety of shifts over 5 days.
