Full Job Description
We are looking for a Commis Chef at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. This is a role with an opportunity to learn and develop knowledge within all sections such as butchery, private dining, goods received and cold, hot, fish, meat and garnish sections.

The salary is OTE £31,000 per annum inclusive of non contractual tronc
Requirements
- Have previous experience working in a kitchen in a similar luxury restaurant
- Be able to communicate with colleagues and managers
- Demonstrate a passion for attention to detail and excellence
- Be someone who wants to learn and develop
