Starting hourly rate is $25/hour

Chef de Partie

1. Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section.

2. Assisting the executive chef and sous chef to define menu concepts and develop dishes.

3. Helping with the management of health and safety practices.

4. Monitoring supplies and assisting with recipe costing and inventory control.

5. Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any problems.

6. Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualification from a culinary school.

Past experience working in a similar role.

Ability to work well in a team.

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.

Passion for delivering great food and service.

Multitasking and organizational ability.

Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
