Breakfast Cook / Baker

A Breakfast Cook/Baker prepares and serves freshly baked goods and breakfast to the residents of a remote site work camp. If you are passionate about food and looking to make great money while having the adventure of a lifetime, this may be the job for you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare, bake, and present delicious breads, pastries, and desserts in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.
• Prepare, cook, and present excellent basic breakfasts PLUS breakfast specialties to provide variety.
• Direct and train activities of workers assigned to shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure food safety, a safe workplace, and positive team atmosphere.
• Ensure kitchen and dining facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily, including dishes/tables/etc.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with laws, regulations, company vision, values, guiding principles, and policies and procedures.
