At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Breakfast Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team

Situated at one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses- where Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II once used to reside, InterContinental London Park Lane reinvents traditional luxury to present modern and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Inspired by its location overlooking the Royal Parks, the hotel delivers elegant natural interiors and award-wining seasonal cuisine.

We are Looking for a Breakfast Chef De Partie who can commit to 40 hours a week.

Shifts will be 5.00am – 1:30pm each day

We are paying £15.22 per hour, every hour worked paid!

Our Breakfast Chef De Parties are:

• Passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks
• Have 2 Years’ experience as a Commis Chef in 4/5* Hotel or restaurant
• Confident to lead, making time to provide in the moment feedback that helps to drive individual development and performance
• Hold City & Guilds 706/1or NVQ equivalent
• Have experience with working in all sections of the kitchen
• Early risers!
• Are willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team

We are committed to offer and provide our Breakfast Chef de Parties with a competitive salary and a large range of benefits:

• £31,657.60 salary (£15.22 per hour) plus service charge and paid overtime!
• 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, and this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (pro rata).
