JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
- Preparation and presentation of dishes in line with the menu specifications
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Assisting in menu planning and recipe development
- Training and supervising junior kitchen staff
- Ensuring food is cooked and served on time
