Line Cook – Chinese Cuisine

We are a Chinese cuisine restaurant in Canada

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience with Chinese cuisine.

Job Responsibilities:

• Helps set up the whole kitchen prior to opening
• Tests and Executes pre-designed recipes
• Prepares a large portion of food
• Cuts, marinates and precooks foods
• Assembles dishes and provides garnishment
• Maintains sanitary conditions and organization in the kitchen
• Take orders and inventory check
• Assists kitchen manager for other tasks

Job Requirements:

• Must speak Chinese
• Familiar with Chinese Cuisine
• Has knowledge of standard cooking techniques
• Flexible schedule
• Hardworking, professional dedication, strong interpersonal communication skills, and strong teamwork spirit.
