Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of high-quality and flavorful dishes that cater to the tastes and preferences of our staff and visitors. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in producing exceptional meals that leave a lasting impression.
Leadership: Lead by example and oversee a dedicated kitchen team, ensuring a harmonious and efficient work environment. Your ability to mentor and motivate the team will contribute to a cohesive culinary unit that consistently delivers excellence.
Food Service Improvement: Take the reins in improving our food service offerings. Collaborate with the team to innovate menus, refine plating techniques, and introduce new culinary trends that reflect the evolving preferences of our clientele.
Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and make necessary adjustments to exceed expectations.
Menu Development: Develop seasonal menus that showcase your culinary prowess while considering nutritional requirements and dietary restrictions. Your menus will play a pivotal role in enhancing the dining experience at New Scotland Yard.

What we’ll give:
Position: Chef Manager
Location: New Scotland Yard, London
Salary: Up to £40,000 per year
