Restaurant General Manager – Assistant Manager – Cook at First Watch

First Watch Café is holding a Hiring Event for Restaurant General Managers, Restaurant Assistant Managers and Cooks in Naples, FL.

A manager’s primary purpose is to develop the team to build and increase sales over the previous year and improve profitability, while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the integrity or culture of the concept.

The cook positions include Plate, Middle, and Egg and Salad Stations. Specific duties are different for each station. However, generally, staff in these positions prepare food for the guests using recipes meeting our guidelines for food preparation and service.
