Full Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a full-time pastry cook position. A typical work week for this position is Wednesday – Sunday, starting at 8am. As a member of our pastry team, you are involved in the daily garnishing of pastries for service, and regular production of a variety of components including, but not limited to choux, mousses, creams, curds, custards, and chocolate garnishes. Our menu changes seasonally, and we encourage our cooks to participate in the creative process.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who is motivated to grow and develop their skills as a pastry cook. We look for insightful cooks who take a strong interest in the process of making pastries.
Requirements
preferred ONE year of experience with high volume production
calm and organized approach to work
