Pastry Chef

We are looking for a pastry chef to join our team in Vancouver, Canada.

What you get to do: Organize, supervise and prepare all food items in the Pastry Department while maintaining quality and quantity control and presentation in accordance with established standards of quality, food cost and labor cost.

The Pastry chef works with cake production and decorating, pies, tarts, upscale a la carte dessert production, quick breads, and breakfast pastries. This position requires detailed and concentrated knowledge of baking in both upscale and high production kitchens, with strong cleanliness and organizational skills.

Specific experience we’re seeking:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
