Food Service Supervisor

Holroyd Howe is one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, providing fresh food services solely to independent schools and colleges. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and proven Food Service Supervisor to join our company at one of our prestigious independent schools set within a beautiful and iconic location in Taunton TA1 4QS.

We are currently looking for 2 supervisors one to cover a term time plus 20 days contract and another to work full time 52 weeks.

Monday – Sunday, 5 days over 7

£11.50 per hour

40 hours per week

No split shifts, No late nights

The ideal candidate will have good experience dealing with high-volume trade and used to a fast-paced environment. A motivated and can do attitude are essential alongside a genuine passion for quality fresh food. To assist in the day to day operation of all kitchen and dining room service items in an efficient manner, keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times and have excellent people skills with the ability support and work well within a team. The role is predominantly receiving goods inwards and supporting the kitchen team with cleaning as well as serving meals to the school community. Experience of working in contract catering is desirable but not essential.

We will provide training, uniform and offer free meals on duty.
