We need an ambitious Executive Sous Chef to ensure a high level of food is executed across all the outlets and lead the kitchen brigade. We need someone to embody our four core values:

WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, and working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the front of house team, managing financials, recruitment and team development, stock management and health and safety. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Directing the brigade to ensure a high level of food is executed across all outlets.
- Implementing and developing food strategies or processes to improve operations.
- Inspiring, motivating and training team members to ensure they maximise their potential and
- Ensuring food costs, margins and wastage are kept in line with the budget.
WHAT DO I NEED?
We are looking for someone who embodies our values first and foremost and to ensure we find the right person for the role we will seek people who have the following skills and experience:
- Current Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience
- Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing data, providing forecasts and looking at revenue.
- Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team.
- Track record of executing consistency at high volume.
- Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.
