Cook – Mexican
We are looking to hire a Mexican cook for our restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia.
To be eligible, you must have –
- a minimum of 3 years experience in a Mexican cuisine kitchen
- located in Atlanta or willing to relocate to Atlanta
- a passion for cooking
- Developing and executing Mexican culinary dishes that are consistent with the restaurant’s concept and image.
- Ensuring the quality and taste of all dishes served in the restaurant.
- Creating and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and trends.
- Managing food and ingredient inventory, ordering supplies and controlling food costs.
- Ensuring kitchen operations are performed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on food safety and sanitation.
