Cook – Mexican

We are looking to hire a Mexican cook for our restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia.

To be eligible, you must have –

• a minimum of 3 years experience in a Mexican cuisine kitchen
• located in Atlanta or willing to relocate to Atlanta
• a passion for cooking
• Developing and executing Mexican culinary dishes that are consistent with the restaurant’s concept and image.
• Ensuring the quality and taste of all dishes served in the restaurant.
• Creating and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and trends.
• Managing food and ingredient inventory, ordering supplies and controlling food costs.
• Ensuring kitchen operations are performed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on food safety and sanitation.
