More about your role
This exciting opportunity is within a new retirement community in the heart of Chapelton, a new town on the Aberdeenshire coast. Landale Court will consist of contemporary one and two- bedroom apartments and cottages, set within a vibrant community and with a host of onsite amenities. As part of our Kitchen team your role will be made up of many varying responsibilities including, controlling, and directing the food preparation process, approving, and polishing dished before they reach the customer and managing and working closely with other Chefs, Kitchen Assistant, and front of house staff.

40 hours per week – working on a rota basis across Tuesday to Sunday, Weekend work and evenings will be expected, however you will only be required to work one evening a week. The role allow you to have a great work life balance which as a company we believe is really important.

More about you
You will have previous experience working in a busy kitchen in a food preparation role and have a relevant qualifications and food safety certificates. You’ll understand the importance of health and safety in the kitchen and hold the relevant qualifications to further evidence this. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work successfully as part of a team and with homeowners and customers.
