Dishoom cafés are bustling spaces where people come together to break down barriers and share in a love of Bombay food and culture. Each of our restaurants pays homage to old Irani cafés and is deeply rooted in some aspect of Bombay history. We are opening Dishoom Battersea later this year and looking for Chefs/ Demi Chef de Partie to join our new team!

We’re looking for a talented Chef/Demi Chef de Partie to join us. You love to cook and learn new skills; and enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen environment. You are a master of your section. Whether it is breakfast, fryer, curry, or Tandoor, you ensure it’s prepped and ready for first-class service, clean and organized at all times.

As you grow and develop with Dishoom, you’ll receive annual pay increases over three years.

What to expect

• Contracted a minimum of 45 hours per week, across 5 days.
• Starting effective salary of £28,000 per year
• Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday – Sunday.
• We’re an all-day dining Cafe, providing daytime and evening shifts.
