ASSISTANT COOK

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
  • Preparation and presentation of dishes in line with the menu specifications
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
  • Assisting in menu planning and recipe development
  • Training and supervising junior kitchen staff
  • Ensuring food is cooked and served on time
